continue reading. Alice and Willard Waggoner Born to missionary parents in Dhond Podna district India. He grew up near the leprosarium founded by his father at USKA Bazar in North India. He returned to the us to attend and graduate from Central Bible Institute at Springfield MO in 1935. He was at CBI when he met his wife to be Alice a fifth generation missionary. They were married in India and served together at the Christian Workers Leper Mission. Willard Retired in 1977 and started helping Praise Inc. working on these recording in 1979. |
